Working of Babcock and Wilcox Boiler

Working of Babcock and Wilcox Boiler Points : Working of Babcock and Wilcox Boiler Boiler drum is filling by water during feed valve. Water as of drum flows during inclined tubes using down take header. After heating water with steam return into drum using uptake heater. Flow of water is now maintain with convective currents with gravity. Steam vapours run off during water to higher half of drum. Fuel burns on grate with flue gases increase increasing to water tubes. Flue gases are prepared to flow on water tubes three times by the facilitate of deflectors give on water tubes. Flue gases provide their heat to water flowing during water tubes. Lastly, flue gas runs away to chimney through smoke chamber. Steam composed in drum is lead to superheat tubes using ant prime pipe. Superheat tubes are uncovered to flue gases with steam passing during them gets superheated. Superheated steam is lastly in use out during stop valve with steam is full to engine as while it is required.
