Thermit Welding Process
Thermit welding, also recognized as exothermic bonding, welding method for joining materials that use molten metal to eternally connect the conductors. The process of thermit welding of make electrical connections of Copper to steel in which no external source of heat and power is required. Chemical reaction that produces the heat is an aluminothermic reaction among aluminium powder with a metal oxide. In this process, conductors are arranged, placed in a function intended graphite mould, and Thermltally welded to generate a permanent mdecularly bonded electrical connection.

1. Wabbler Thermit
Wabbler thermit which is particularly alloyed to make a solid, Wear resistant, Machinable Steel use for produce rolls and
pinions within rolling mills.
2. Cast Iron Thermit
Beside by Ferro-Silicon, Plain Thermit, with Mild Steel are add as a combination and is use for Welding Iron works.
3. Forging Thermit
Beside by Nickel, Manganese, Plain thermit, with Mild Steel are other as a mixture and is used to weld Steel works.
4. Plain Thermit
Plain thermit is a combination of Aluminium with Iron oxide and is the base for every other thermits.
