Preparation of the Project Points : Preparation of the Project However in brief the project should be prepared by the following stepwise procedure.

1. To make the assembly and detail drawing of the project.
2. To prepare the material list for all the parts of the project.
3. To machine each part of the project according to the size of the drawing.
4. To prepare the process chart for each operation.
5. To prepare daily and weekly progress report.
6. After finishing the parts of the project assemble them together.
7. To inspect the function of each part.
8. After inspection the working function of the parts if necessary rectify them.
9. Prepare the complete project report in view of daily and weekly progress report which was already prepared by you.
10. Submit project report along with the project to your Instructor in charge.
