The process of thermit welding of make electrical connections of Copper to steel in which no external source of heat and power is required. Chemical reaction that produces the heat is an aluminothermic reaction among aluminium powder with a metal oxide. In this process, conductors are arranged, placed in a function intended graphite mould, and Thermltally welded to generate a permanent mdecularly bonded electrical connection.
