1. Using a liftingRing with a Green-Sand-Core Method Third process of moulding a sheave wheel or comparable kind of pattern is very like to the green-sand core process. In this process the delicate green-sand core cannot be handed by itself, except it is for all time support also on the cope or drag. This process is not proper for large moulds or for patterns of this type by deep grooves.
3. Three Part-Flask Process One process of moulding a sheave wheel or any comparable shaped pattern employs a three parts flash by a cheek. Completed mould with no the pattern removed.
