1. Expanding Mandrels Expanding mandrel have of a hard tapering section with a slot tapering sleeve to expand in thickness while enforced on to hard tapered mandrel. Mandrel is prepared in sets, every mandrel be able to use for a range of whole sizes. Quantity of expansion is as of about 1/16" used for the lesser size mandrels up to 1/2" used for the larger dimension mandrels.
2. Plain Mandrels Plain mandrel is hardened with tempered steel bar-holding mechanism.
