1. Hand Screw
Hand screw is use where a wider area of pressure than that provide by a G-cramp is
necessary. It consists of two steel screws fixed to two jaws finished of wood.
2. Sash Cramp
Sash Cramp or bar cramp is invented of a steel bar of rectangular section by
malleable Iron fittings and a steel screw. This is used for holding wide work for
example frames or tops.
3. G-Cramp
G-cramp is use for minor work. It consists of a malleable Iron frame to can be
swiveled and a steel screw to which is built-in a thumb screw.
4. Bench Vice
Bench vice is usually used its single jaw is set to the side of table as the other
is reserved variable by way of a screw and a handle. The full vice is prepared of
iron and steel, jaws being lined hardwood face which does not mark and which is
changed as necessary.
5. Bench Hold Fast
Bench hold fast is prepared by a cast Iron pillar, square-cut screw threads on
steel bar, with a beam vice handle and a drop-forged steel arm. Through boring a
series of holes during the top of bench, clutch fast be able to save the work in a
few preferred position. It’s used for holding a piece of wood down on the bench
while a vice is not suitable.
