This continuously fluctuating magnetic field magnetizes different parts of the tape passing in front of head and sound is recorded on the tape in magnetic pattern. Reproduction of Sound When tape of recorder is passed in front of a playback head it converts magnetic pattern into fluctuating electric current. This current after amplification passed into a loudspeaker and produces the recorded sound.
