Sway Bar (Stabilizer Bar)

Sway Bar (Stabilizer Bar) Points : Sway Bar (Stabilizer Bar) It is used to keep the body from bearing turns. It is made of spring steel. It fastens to both lower control arm and to the frame. Rubber brushing fit between the bar control arms and the frame. When the car rounds a corner the centrifugal force makes the outside of the car body drop and inside of the car body rise. This twists the sway bar. Due to this twist of sway bar resistance is offered to car body beam on corners.
