1. Medium Pressure Torch
2. Injector Type Torch 1. Medium Pressure Torch In medium pressure torch, mutually gases are delivered through the torch to tip at equivalent pressure. In this type of torch, mixer or mixing head is generally a separate piece into which a multiplicity of tips may be fitted. Every type of torches are operational by a pair of needle valves to turn welding gases ON and OFF and to make little pressure tuning. 2. Injector Type Torch In injector type torch, the acetylene at low pressure is passed during the torch and tip by the force of the higher oxygen pressure during a venture-type mechanism. Mixing head and injector are regularly a part of tip which the worker changes according to the size required for job. Welding Lips or Nozzles The function of every welding tips and nozzles is to give a safe suitable way of varying the amount of the heat supplied to weld. They also give suitable process of direct flame and heat to precise place the process chooses.
