Pitch A Pitch is reserve calculated parallel to the stuck between corresponding points on
adjacent thread forms in the equal plane part and on the same side of the axis, i.e.
from crest to crest or root to root. For a exacting uniform thread the pitch remains
constant during the length of a thread.
